A Commerce Graduate with more than 30 years experience in business including project consultancy, import, export and trading.

Mr. Vijay Goel

Mr.Vijay Goel has been working in Singhania and Company for more than 10 years. At present he is the senior partner for London office of the firm.

He has expertise in advising clients in matters relating to Corporate Law, laws relating to Join Ventures and foreign collaborations. He has extensive experience in advising in Private Equity funds for investment into emerging economies.

He is the founder of " Indo - European Business Forum " established in 2007.

He was awarded the " National Law Day Award " on 22nd November 2009 for his most exemplary contributions in commercial law and strengthening Indo-UK Business relations from her Excellency Smt. Pratiba Singh Patil , the Hon'ble President of Republic Of India

Mr.B. Natarajan B.A., B.L., has held many positions in various departments in Indian Bank and had been with the bank for 35 years and retired as DGM of the bank.

As the head Indian Bank Management Academy for Growth & Excellence (IMAGE) for six years he was responsible for making the training system as profitable center by conduction of commercial programs designed for Bankers' requirements both in India & abroad.

He was instrumental for the recognition of the Academy by the Ministries of Home & Economic Affairs of the Central Govt. besides the accreditation of the ISO Certification. As a consultant he concentrates on restructuring of both debt and equity of corporates and has successfully handled a number of assignments to his credit.

KNK is a company incorporated in England & Wales to provide consultancy and assist on acquisitions and mergers in the emerging markets in Brazil, China and India. The Directors of KNK have varied and combined experience in Pharmaceutical, Mining, Fund, Marketing, Renewable and Clean energy.

KNK also have very prominent and acknowledged experts to evaluate Acquisitions and Mergers and also structuring financial needs to facilitate these acquisitions as associate consultants.

KNK has identified Brazil, China and India as their thrust and focus countries to take advantage of the emerging BRICS grouping. The initial focus area is Iron Ore mining as Iron Ore demand is going to outstrip supply with the present Global Trend.

what we do

In India with the developing problems of Illegal mining and related issues the Steel mills are looking at supplies of Iron Ore from Brazil as an alternate to Indian Ore.

In the above scenario KNK would like to play a key role in assisting these prospective steel mills to make acquisitions in the mining sector in Brazil.

Presently KNK is working on an Iron Ore mine in Minas Grias, Brazil, near Belo Horizonte with an approximate reserve of about 175 Million Tons with the valuation being at 450 Million USD.

In association with other Investment consultants KNK is working on restructuring and investment in Meat processing company and other mines in Canada and African countries.
