VKM is a company incorporated in England & Wales to provide consultancy and assist on acquisitions and mergers in the emerging markets in Brazil, China and India. The Directors of VKM have varied and combined experience in Pharmaceutical, Mining, Fund, Marketing and Clean energy.
VKM also have very prominent and acknowledged experts to evaluate Acquisitions and Mergers and also structuring financial needs to facilitate these acquisitions as associate consultants.
VKM has identified Brazil, China and India as their thrust and focus countries to take advantage of the emerging BRICS grouping.

Mr.B. Natarajan B.A., B.L., has held many positions in various departments in Indian Bank and had been with the bank for 35 years and retired as DGM of the bank. As the head Indian Bank Management Academy for Growth & Excellence (IMAGE) for six years he was responsible for making the training system as profitable center by conduction of commercial programs designed for Bankers' requirements both in India & abroad. He was instrumental for the recognition of the Academy by the Ministries of Home & Economic Affairs of the Central Govt. besides the accreditation of the ISO Certification. As a consultant he concentrates on restructuring of both debt and equity of corporates and has successfully handled a number of assignments to his credit.

Expertise in constituting various Committees like Audit Committee, Executive Committee, Remuneration Committee and Investors Grievance Committee to have proper Corporate Governance.
